“European Union Volunteer for Inclusion” Contact Making Seminar was held in Craiova, Romania on 10-16 July 2019
The seminar aimed to facilitate international contacts and projects between partner associations. It also aimed to familiarize participants with the changes that occur during this period (ESC) and will detail all the tools and phases of such a project.
Seminar brought together 28 youth workers working with the disadvantaged young people who aimed at facilitating cooperation and partnership.
Project created the following outputs:
-Toolkit describing the steps to activate organizations in international volunteering, a guide that will be posted on the blog, SALTO.
-Implementation of EVS projects (follow up)
– Design a blog that shows the partner organizations the toolkit, videos about the disadvantaged young people they work with, links to the YouTube channel, dissemination, aspects captured during the seminar
– 14 videos illustrating the needs analysis of disadvantaged young people in each country, will be posted on the blog.
-In the “Project Ideas” activity, new projects will be drawn up to support young disadvantaged youth projects at the 2019 deadline.
– creating a network of organizations that are looking to implement volunteer projects for disadvantaged young people.
The Dominou Association from Romania coordinated the project with partners from The Netherlands (ILA), Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Nederlands, Croatia, France, Denmark, Estonia.
