“Enhancing Youth Employability” Youth Exchange was held in Timișoara, România on 11-21 September 2019.

IRDT – Institutul Tinerilor brought together participants from 6 countries to develop necessary skills and increased employability among young people. It addressed time management, critical thinking, and communication skills and promoted online tools for obtaining a job.

During the activity, participants created or updated their CVs and the letter of intentions, had interview simulations with special guests, discussed how to become an entrepreneur, how to create a business and how to organize themselves under pressure and stress.
