“Increase The Capacity Of Migrant And Refugees In Agriculture Sector” Project’s First Transnational Project Meeting Held Online.
Increase The Capacity Of Migrants And Refugees In the Agriculture Sector (CAMRAS) Project conducted its first transnational project meeting on 14 July 2023. The online meeting centred around the project’s objectives and content, including a presentation on the CAMRAS project’s goals. The meeting discussed the first project output, a guidebook outlining the development of educational materials for migrants and refugees in the agriculture sector. Additionally, important tasks were identified, such as the preparation of a project logo, the establishment of social media accounts, and responsibilities related to dissemination, evaluation, quality assurance, and sustainability. The meeting marked a significant step in the project’s progress towards supporting the integration of migrants and refugees into the agriculture sector.
Impact:
The “Increase The Capacity Of Migrant And Refugees in Agriculture Sector” project created better employment opportunities for migrants and refugees to improve their living standards and integration into the host society. The project developed an online employment and learning platform for employers and job seekers in the agricultural sector.
