Sustainable Finance Training
The pilot scheme of the training on “Sustainable Finance”, which we developed within the scope of the Erasmus+ “Responsible Development Academy” project, was held on November 5-6, 2023, at Kapsül Technology Platform with 25 young participants. Participants understood basic financial terminologies in the first workshop, “Financial Analysis through Self-Knowledge, ” where non-formal learning techniques were applied. They carried out both team and individual studies on sustainable finance. In the continuation of the workshop, participants were engaged in various team activities to understand the concept of sustainability better, adapt sustainable practices to their lives, and create sustainable business strategies. Participants were included in practical scenarios designed to develop an overall understanding of financial literacy and analytical skills through self-awareness, working in teams and individually.
