“Changemakers” Project’s Youth Exchange Was Held in Denizli, Turkey, on 04 – 10 August 2024

The activity explored social entrepreneurship, fostered intercultural exchange, and empowered young leaders to drive positive change in their communities. The event started with a welcoming ceremony and featured various activities, including brainstorming sessions, workshops on social enterprise sustainability, traditional dance workshops, and a cultural festival.

Participants also had the opportunity to explore Denizli’s historical and cultural sites, including the famous Pamukkale and Hierapolis.

This gathering aimed to build a network of young social entrepreneurs and celebrate Europe’s rich cultural diversity. It promised to be a significant stepping stone in the participants’ journey to becoming effective ChangeMakers in their respective countries.

Impact:
The “ChangeMakers” project encouraged social entrepreneurship among young people. During the project, youngsters spread awareness of the value of social entrepreneurship skills and devised innovative solutions to their region’s most urgent social, cultural, and environmental problems.
