“Greencademy – Transfer #24” Project’s Training Course Was Held in Erfurt, Germany, on 07 – 12 October 2024

The training course brought together youth workers, educators, and mentors from across Europe to exchange best practices and develop innovative approaches for engaging young people in the green transition. The sessions focused on overcoming barriers to sustainable agriculture, with participants engaging in design thinking workshops, team-building activities, and discussions on regenerative management. This collaborative environment helped foster a network of green professionals dedicated to empowering young people to take an active role in sustainable development.

Impact:
The “Greencademy – Transfer #24” project addressed youth workers who want to participate in green solutions and sustainable agriculture/food production. The project methodologies were mainly based on the principles of non-formal education, experiential learning, outdoor pedagogy and ecological education.
