The ELISA Escape Room Pilot Training Programme successfully concluded its pilot phase in Amsterdam on 13 October, marking a significant milestone in promoting entrepreneurial skills among young athletes. This innovative training initiative seamlessly integrated the engaging concept of an escape room with practical entrepreneurial education, catering to the unique needs of young athletes pursuing dual careers.

The Programme, structured in seven comprehensive modules, offered participants theoretical knowledge and practical application. From the introduction of entrepreneurial concepts in Module 1 to the reflective synthesis and planning for future actions in Module 7, each phase was meticulously designed to build participants’ skills, knowledge, and confidence in applying entrepreneurial principles in the context of sports.
