“Get Ready for Life – Youth Entrepreneurship Education for Personal Development” Training Course Was Held on 02-10 May 2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan

The training course aimed to make youth workers familiar with concepts, approaches and methodologies of youth entrepreneurship education to foster the conceptual understanding of means, measures and effects of entrepreneurship education. Key aspects of the course were placed on entrepreneurship education for soft skill development (communication skills, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, critical observation, conflict resolution) and entrepreneurial thinking.

Twenty-four participants from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Turkey and the Netherlands attended the training course. Azerbaijan Students’ Union coordinated the project in partnership with ILA and four other partner organizations.
