“Sharks In My Bathtub – Art for Building Inner Resilience” Project’s Training Course Was Held in Carei, Romania, on 02 – 09 May 2023

Impact:
The “Sharks in My Bathtub – Art for Building Inner Resilience” project promoted art as a form of self-knowledge through self-expression and the following discovery of inner strength and skills such as resilience, emotional competencies and flexibility. During the activity, participants used non-formal artistic tools such as found poetry, Dada’s writing, creative writing methods, photo works, painters’ life examples, drawing, mindfulness, and land art.
