The Digital Health Literacy Training Course is a comprehensive program designed to foster understanding and skills in digital health. Participants learn about health promotion, disease prevention, and digital health’s cost and time benefits. The course highlights the importance of digital health data in managing diseases and improving patient care. It also nurtures practical skills such as effectively accessing, interpreting and using digital health information. Participants will also learn how to promote healthy behaviours, defend health in personal and community contexts, and harmonize with natural processes in nutrition and living spaces.
